1. Generalities
- Publicidad Exterior SPA is a company dedicated to the marketing of personalized sublimated products, primarily aimed at events, promotions, and brand activations.
- These terms apply to all purchases made through our website or official sales channels.
2. Personalization and Designs
- The client is responsible for delivering files in the appropriate format (.AI, .PDF, high-resolution .PNG) for product customization, as well as the color codes or Pantones associated with each product. Without this reference, the final colors may vary.
- Publicidad Exterior SPA is not responsible for errors in designs provided by the client.
- Once the final design is approved, changes or modifications are not accepted.
3. Orders and Production
- Standard production time is 2 to 10 business days , starting from the approval of the final design and confirmation of payment.
- Some products may have different production times, which will be reported in advance.
4. Prices and Payments
- All prices are in Chilean pesos and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods enabled on the site.
- The order will be processed once full payment has been received.
5. Offices
- We ship to all of Chile. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the shipping company and destination location.
- Publicidad Exterior SPA is not responsible for delays attributable to the shipping company once the order has been dispatched.
- The customer must verify that the address entered is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to errors in the entered data.
6. Exchanges and Returns
- Because our products are personalized, returns or exchanges are not accepted except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to our process.
- If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 48 business hours of receipt, attaching photos of the problem.
7. Intellectual Property
- The client declares that they have the rights to use the logos, designs, or graphic elements sent for customization.
- Publicidad Exterior SPA is not responsible for the misuse of copyrighted material provided by the client.
8. Modifications
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available in this section.
