📦 Nationwide Coverage
We ship throughout Chile through reliable shipping companies such as Starken, Chilexpress, and Bluxpress. You can also arrange pickup at our office in Santiago.

⏱️ Dispatch Times
• Standard production: between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the type and quantity of products.
• Shipping: Once production is complete, shipping may take between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the destination location.

Note: Total delivery time is the sum of production days + shipping days.

💰 Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the order's weight, volume, and destination.
• You can also opt for prepaid shipping if you prefer to pay for shipping at the time of delivery.

🏢 Office Pickups
If you're in Santiago, you can pick up your order directly at our offices. We'll notify you via email or WhatsApp when it's ready for pickup.

📍 Track your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link so you can check the delivery status in real time.

General Warranty

1. The warranty period is stipulated in the various product manuals, which are provided by the brands and respected by Publicidad Exterior SPA. If not stipulated in the product, the minimum warranty period is 6 months by law.

2. The warranty only covers material or construction defects related to the product or its parts.

3. Warranties are charged at the Publicidad Exterior SPA store, located at Ecuador 9123, La Florida, Santiago. Shipping costs for products shipped by courier companies are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. In the event that external transport companies (Pullman Cargo, Starken, Chevalier or others) that make shipments within the country, happen to lose the product(s), customers must file the respective claim with the transport company, in order to request the guarantee that these companies offer. In addition, they must inform Publicidad Exterior through the email ventas@publicidadxterior.cl to follow up on the case.

5. All products are delivered in their original packaging, disassembled or semi-assembled. Once the product has been assembled or installed, it is considered a used product and cannot be exchanged. Only if the product is returned in its original packaging will the option for exchange or refund be available within the first 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.  always invoice and as long as it is not a personalized product, printed or labeled with a particular brand.

6. If a product has been credited for a pre-sale or other reason, the credit will not be refunded in the event of withdrawal. However, the credit may be used to purchase another product from the store.

7. The guarantees expire in the following cases:

• Incorrect or misuse of products, as well as improper use for which they were designed.
• The product was not assembled according to the installation manual.
• The product repair was not performed professionally.
• Parts mounted later do not meet the technical specifications of the products or have not been installed correctly.
• Defects due to climatic factors, such as corrosion, color loss, or normal aging caused by the lacquer on any of the products. Especially in standard series products.
• The product has been used in circumstances other than those for which it was designed.
• Signs of vandalism on products.

8. During the warranty period, all material or construction defects determined by Publicidad Exterior SPA will be repaired or replaced, which will be determined by Publicidad Exterior SPA at its sole discretion.

9. The product owner may only claim their warranty by offering the product for review to Publicidad Exterior SPA, presenting the receipt or invoice at the time of requesting the product warranty, or any document that proves its purchase.

10. If the warranty has been rejected, the customer will be responsible for all costs of repair or replacement of parts.

11. Commercial uses of the products have different guarantees than those for domestic uses.

12. The brands we represent may modify technical aspects, accessories, colors or sizes of the products without prior notice.

13. Returns for purchases made outside of our Publicidadexterior.cl e-commerce site, whether directly in-store or through our other channels such as social media, chat, WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Credit cards will be accepted through the Transbank system. Refunds for cash or wire transfer payments will be issued by check, which is issued every Monday and payable to Ecuador 9123, La Florida, Santiago. No refunds are available for debit card purchases.
